Should Tim Walz face fraud charges?

Featured Replies

If he's complicit, then of course he should and will be held accountable. Once all the facts are known, the feds can indict the perpetrators.

  • One has to question if Ilhan Omar got her bank account padded a bit over the fraud. Was she involved? How about Tim?    So many questions to have answered.

OK I am not a fan of Walz.  (Or any democrat really).  But I mean how is this laid at his door?  Serious question how he could be charged with anything.  I'd LIKE it if someone could explain how that would happen but really this seems like a large number if idiots didn't care about what happened and hard to blame an elected official who we already know is a moron.

He was told about suspected fraud by government officials and he did nothing.

At this point for how much he defecting by saying Trump is doing this or that, I wouldn't be surprised if he had his hand in the cookie jar too!

I'm not surprised that you wouldn't be surprised. I think it's facts that you find shocking.

If there's 2 outcomes warranted by this situation it's that working parents be punished for having children and children be punished for having working parents.

Minnesota Families Are Rattled by Threat to Cut Federal Aid for Child Care

Day care center owners said that they could go out of business in a matter of weeks. Parents said they feared the move could force them to quit jobs or put off studies so that they could care for their children.

“Many families in Minnesota are living paycheck to paycheck as it is,” said Maria Snider, who runs a day care center in St. Paul. If parents have to quit work to care for children, she said, families could end up homeless.

Viral video prompts new scrutiny of alleged fraud, draws quick reaction from Minnesota regulators
The claims of a right-wing influencer are prompting questions about whether fraud has proliferated in a program that was flagged for deficiencies a decade ago.

December 29, 2025 -- Zak Osman is manager of the Minnesota Child Care Center, which Shirley visited last on his video. Osman said the doors are always locked for safety, and the staff was on high alert due to the Trump administration’s actions against Somalis for the past month.

He said they don’t do “walk-in appointments” but there were children inside at the time and their cameras prove it. “You cannot see anyone from outside,” Osman said.

Shirley was there for about 40 seconds before a shift supervisor heard what he was saying and tried to close the door but Shirley was holding onto it, so she had to pull it shut hard.

So, what do you think, is there fraud in MN and do you think Walz is exposed?
