The drip-feeding of The Epstein files.

Featured Replies

We can all see what's going on right now. The DOJ, in breach of what Congress voted for, have been drip-feeding heavily redacted files, somehow hoping this will satisfy the public.

Sorry, pedo protectors, it won't.

'What the underwhelming Epstein files release means for Trump and Maga'

"At issue isn't so much the previously unreleased pictures of people like Bill Clinton, Mick Jagger, Michael Jackson and legendary news anchor Walter Cronkite in Epstein's company – which is not an indicator of any wrongdoing – but the sea of blacked-out redactions in the files themselves.

On the campaign trail last year, Trump suggested that he would support the release of investigation files. In February, Bondi said they were "sitting on my desk right now to review".

But after so much time and anticipation, Friday's release landed with a whimper."

Bill Clinton calls Trump out! Says, release the files. I have nothing to hide!

I hope the Clintons and the Trumps pay for this. I don't hope so for the prevalent pedohysteric reasons though. I think the Clintons and Trumps should pay for throwing their friend (Epstein) to the dogs in such cowardly fashion.

"Pedohysteric"?? Please tell me you're not actually defending pedophilia or sex trafficking?

What Trump doesn't seem to realise is that this grew into a huge scandal because he wouldn't release the files, it reminds one a bit of Clinton and his lies over Monica. That would have gone away had he just admitted it and this scandal likely would go away had Trump not had the files redacted to such an extreme and utterly shameful  degree.

There is no doubt he's hiding something, the man is massively guilty, and only Papuan Highlander cannibals have more skeletons in their closet.

Lock him up!

Were there no penalties built into the law almost unanimously passed requiring FULL release?

Why didn’t Biden release the files?  The world wonders.

Perhaps you've forgotten what a professional DoJ is like.

There were several ongoing investigations and sentencings, such as Maxwell and an investigation into the death of Epstein. There was also an investigation into Epstein's original conviction and sweetheart deal, a deal orchestrated by a guy later nominated as a Trump Cabinet member.

The files, as well as victims' statements, were parsed to see if any additional investigations and charges should be brought against others. That takes time.

All of that is now done. You might want to ask why Trump had Maxwell moved from a real prison befitting a child trafficker to a country club prison, and why he has stated he is mulling over a pardon. You might want to ask why Trump was against release of the files, until it became clear the House was going to vote to release, as even (R) Reps like Massie and MTG demanded full release. You may also ask why the DoJ held back so many files, redacted many more, despite a Congressional LAW demanding they release all of the documents.

As for the convicted felon, no way he lasts 3 years above ground. I'd like to see him last at least until the midterms, when the Dems will retake the House and Speaker Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez leads yet another impeachment of the felonious criminal.

Read my post again.  It may or may not register the second time.

It may take 4 to 5 attempts in your case.

Tell us !  What specifically is he guilty of in this case?

Post his convictions and his sentencing.

As usual you get things completely wrong.:whistling:

Clinton's Lewinsky scandal escalated because he lied under oath (perjury) and obstructed justice, leading to impeachment. Here, there's no equivalent proven lie or obstruction by Trump regarding these files—the releases are ongoing, and he's publicly pushed for transparency on Epstein in the past.

The ultimate masterclass in "hiding something" is obviously signing a law that dumps 110,000+ pages of Epstein files straight into the public domain, complete with  decades-old flight logs staring everyone in the face like a neon sign saying "Here I am, no crimes attached!"

And skeletons outnumbering Papuan highland cannibals? At this point Trump's closet has fewer bones than a vegan barbecue. If this is your idea of "massive guilt," you must think attending a birthday party in 1992 is a war crime.😅

Come back when you've got actual evidence instead of premium-grade copium and conspiracy glitter.

Until then, the files are out there—feel free to find the felony we all apparently missed!!

It seems like you have a talent at being consistently on the wrong side of an issue. As you recall Trump did push for the release of the Epstein files but it was only prior to getting elected. He has spent the better part of the last 11 months pushing against it and only once his supporters and a huge number of GOP congressmen and senators, and conservative podcasters pushed for it, did he finally give in.

Being on the wrong side of an issue is something that you share in common with Trump.

Yes I have talent!!😅

Trump's Epstein transparency push dates back to 2015, not just the 2024 campaign.

In 2025, early DOJ resistance (Jan–July) cited legal/victim protections, not personal stonewalling.

He signed off on releases by August amid GOP pressure (e.g., Blackburn, Grassley bills, podcasters), leading to the November bipartisan law and December dump of 110,000+ pages. If he truly opposed it for "11 months," he wouldn't have signed anything—yet the files (showing only old, innocent ties for him, zero crimes) are out, vindicating him per DOJ.

Biden's team delivered zilch in four years; Trump's admin got it done. Twisting this into defiance is pure spin—no "wrong side" here but the one ignoring facts.

if “being on the wrong side of an issue” means stubbornly clinging to boring old facts while the rest of the internet chases shiny conspiracy squirrels, then yes, Trump and I are absolutely guilty as charged.

We’ll just have to live with our terrible fate of being vindicated yet again.

You, on the other hand, are out here performing Olympic-level gymnastics trying to explain why the massive Epstein document dump that everybody screamed for somehow still proves Trump is guilty… even though it shows exactly zilch.

That’s not just moving the goalposts, —that’s airlifting them to a different continent and pretending they were always there.!!

If Biden lasted with his failing health, Trump will have no problem.

You must be running out of legitimate talking points to even suggest Trump won’t make it 3 more years.

Only a leftist Democrat assassin can stop him.  Which is much more realistic scenario than his health.

What makes you so sure? Is it that he recognized "the giraffe", or is it that he takes so many invigorating power naps?😂

No one was thrown to the dogs. On the contrary, the braying masses are looking for events  which did not occur.

Epstein was a conman who built his image based upon social interactions and relied on photo opportunities to provide cover for his activity. His  goal was to lure and to entrap so that he could exploit. He wanted access to his marks' wealth.

So Trump took free trips from Epstein. People are so intent on looking for scandal that they ignore the laughable. On many of the flights, Trump's family members were with him. People want to  see the most negative.

My employer has sporting event season tickets. Some of my clients have private boxes at expensive sport venues. Those seats are used by sales people to entertain. When I was in a different employment position, I had an entertainment base budget of baht 1 million and was expected to wine and dine some people. I usually spent less than 100,000 and would be told to spend more. The sales guys had even bigger entertainment budgets. That's how it is. For people who are unused to financial services , the big spending and lavish events seem irregular or surprising. They are not. The big Lloyds insurance brokers have their private yacht parties in the summer where the  champagne flows. Have a look at the horse racing season in Hong Kong and they put the entertainment spending at Ascot to shame. The reality is that it was normal and is still normal for some to entertain like this. The South Korean, Singapore and Japanese titans are far more  lavish. The  European financial service firms  have their own preferred hotels, beach resorts  ski lodges.

Epstein was a minor player who was punching above  his weight limit and tripped up on his own hubris.

Forever?  Nobody lives forever.  Not even you.

Trump chances of surviving the next three years are greater than you surviving the next three.
