That's obvious! Putin will use it as a pretext to reject the peace plan, and Trump will pretend to believe him (and blame Zelenski for it)! 🙂

No. Putin as I have said before will reject any plan that has a ceasefire at the line of contact and any backdoor NATO article 5 clause.

The EU has taken in millions of Ukrainians forced to flee Putin's murderous war.

By late 2025, there are roughly 5.3 to 6.3 million Ukrainian refugees across Europe, with about 4.2 to 4.3 million in EU countries under temporary protection, primarily in Germany (over 1.2 million) and Poland (around 1 million), though numbers fluctuate as people move, with Germany now hosting the most.

So. What's your point? The EU is flooded with "refugees" not only Ukrainians. They don't care. They won't Russia to fail. Odd thing is if it does fail then what? As for the Ukrainians who fled the war how many are of fighting age and have fled rather than fight for their country? Manpower is Ukraine's number one problem on the battlefield.

Ah! Nice of you to share your opinion. What do you think things would be like if Harris won. Any opinion on that?

We'll never know. Water under the bridge. I don't think she could have done much worse however.

If you believe Lavrov's lies I've got a bridge to sell you.

I guess that was a typo? Did you mean 'want' Russia to fail?

Well obviously IMHO it would be better for Ukraine and probably the rest of us in Europe to see Russia fail to conquer Ukraine. It's not only Ukraine at risk here of this Putin aggression.

Poland and other bordering countries are seeing incursions, together with the undercover interference and malevolent operations in other countries.

Personally it saddens me having lived most of my childhood and youth through the 'cold war' and the genuine joy when Gorbachev brought peace and opened up Russia. It's a massive country with a deep and rich heritage. I regret I didn't visit during what turned out to just be a short lived ( historically) window of opportunity. I did some business with Russian companies for a few years.... Putin came to power and undid all that. Like Trump he would be better employed taking care of, and raising the living standards and opportunities for the Russian population, than this war mongering waste of resources and the huge numbers of Russian youth losing their lives in this meat grinder.

This is very interesting information, considering that large drones cannot fly without satellite coordination.

This isn't true at all! When Ukraine uses drones in reality, unlike this Russia false flag event, they primarily rely on autonomous inertial navigation systems using onboard gyroscopes, accelerometers, and sometimes altimeters—for en-route guidance, combined with AI-driven optical/visual terminal guidance. They could also use GPS if available as its receive only not send.

I know. That's why I wrote a may use it as a "pretext".

So much fot Trumps bragging that peace is close with Russia - Ukraine. Todays news is of Russia moving Nukes into Belaruse ready for what ??.

Putins claims are as worthless as Hamas casualty figuress.

Interesting there's no intelligence shared here.

Yes, if Ukraine attacked with 90+ drones there would at least be some destruction and debris The Russians could show the world.

But since this is just Putin playing mind games with the totally clueless Trump that's not necessary for them to fake.

' There have been attempts to assassinate the Kremlin leader, but so far they have been unsuccessful, says Defense Intelligence chief, Kyrylo Budanov, in an interview with NV.

"They (attempts to assassinate Kremlin leader Vladimir Putin - ed.) took place, but, as you can see, they have failed so far," Budanov said.'
