Gripping account of the near missed situation of avoiding being mowed down which didn't seem to rattle the ICE agent who was able to stable himself to fire 3 shoots at the driver and walk away with no hint of any injury.

There's a test we use for self defence and it is about whether the perp is coming towards you or going away from you. i.e. attacking you or fleeing, it's fairly clear she was fleeing.

Yes she was trying to get away, right through an ICE officer.

The video I just posted shows it.

He couldn't shoot the tyres because the bonnet of her car was in his chest/stomach.
