It doesn’t work like that, sorry. Once a person makes any aggressive attempt towards a police officer then all bets are off especially if a car is the potential weapon, the cops are mandated to use deadly force if a person is showing any signs of danger to the public. Period.

I’m sure a claim of self defense will be made, if a Presidential pardon doesn’t arrive first.

But it would be a claim that should be tested before a jury in an open court of law.

Since Bill Clinton is plastered all over the files it has become a non issue for liberals.

First shot is justified, at least in the USA. In Europe most probably not. However, the second and third shot are excessiv Police force. No reason for them, they can get her later without any problems.

I watched all angles. Her car was not heading towards the officer. The officer didnt show any distress in walking and had a brief hospital check-up apparently just for show. This same officer had been involved in a similar vehicle ramming incident previously in June. Seem he is a rogue agent overlooked by Noem.
