That's right

I have been eating real food for many, many years.

These days, I eat:

REAL canned tuna. I have cut down to one can of REAL tuna per day.

REAL 5-egg-omelette made with REAL eggs from chickens. One or two omelettes per day.

REAL chicken breast meat from REAL Live chickens, with feathers. I found a brand of chicken breast meat that is BOTH REAL and somewhat tender. But the other garbage chicken breasts I bought at Lotus were very spongy and rubbery and like extraordinarily tough chewing gum. I don't know how they can sell these. The tender chicken I get from Makro is far better. But, most importantly, all the chickens are REAL, and NOT VIRTUAL chickens.

REAL RICE: I like the Jasmine rice, but ONLY if it is REAL RICE, and not that VIRTUAL rice I have been reading so much about.

I also bake my own REAL bread, made with REAL flour, REAL sugar, about only one tablespoon, and REAL salt. And the yeast I use is also REAL.

Then, as far as fluid intake: I drink nothing but REAL WATER packaged in REAL plastic jugs.

It's unreal just how much REAL food I eat every day.

I do not eat any unreal ultra-processed food.

I don't believe in it.

I don't eat any of that stuff, like prepared jars of marinara sauce, or anything in cans that has more than one ingredient listed.

I do have, very seldom though, a bit of MAYO, Hellman's. Maybe one tablespoon every other month.

I keep everything REAL.

just an FYI Lotus "CP" Market ....... Makro "CP" Market ( check your receipts next time you visit )

we are friends with 3 of the women that worked in Bluport Gourmet Market ..

I have more travel mugs, insulated shopping bags and mini steamer pots then you can count

"CP " would rotate them between Makro, Lotus and Bluport all that chicken on the open air counters comes out of the same bulk bags

and the chicken that was on display behind the glass..... wait for it .. same same . just not left in the open for every tom/dik/and somchai to touch and cough on I'll pay the 5Baht more for then to keep it behind the glass and kid glove it for me

I read in The Times today that those who lose weight by means of fat injections then gain weight 4 times faster than typical weight gains when they stop the injections. I'm in the UK now, and many wa

At Makro, my wife has them bring a still soft-frozen bag of skin-on breasts from the back. Lasts a month,

"Bread" as in an emulsified lump of proteins and fats, "Cheese" as in milk powder +rtificial colouring agents. I dunno, take a magnifying glass and read the labels.. Or make your own, still the best but not cheaper.

I always make my own bread and pizza dough.

Your comment reminds me of the great Guthrie lyrics: Chickens flyin' everywhere around the plane Could we ever feel much finer?

If it has a label, you really have to read it, and know what it is, especially the carb section; total, dietary, sugar. Here's a fine example of ... WTF
