Indian Mongers Gone Wild

Featured Replies

So after a long day of travel and Exploring I'm sound asleep in a nice hotel. All the sudden the alarm starts blaring and the speaker starts announcing in three languages emergency comment get up, get out don't use the elevators. Alrighty then throw my pants on, double tap to make sure my passport's in my pocket, grab my phone and head down to the lobby along with the entire hotel.

Get down there, the lobbying and entrance are packed and I'm waiting for sirens. None. No Fire Department, no cops. Office sudden I hear screaming and crying from the lobby and I look over and there is one of the ugliest women I have ever seen in my life absolutely pitching a hissy fit next to some Indian guy who's barefoot and trying to calm her down. I assume the best of people, so I think that somehow this woman had a problem. I thought the Indian guy was a friend or an acquaintance, because I can't understand either of them as they're yelling back and forth at each other. I never thought that it was some type of arrangement gone bad since to my eye, no normal human being would pay any amount of money for a girl that looks like a twin of Shrek and a fright wig.

I'm standing next to one of the desk clerks and he is trying not to laugh even though the entire hotel is packed into the lobby and ask him what's going on and he says well she is a prostitute and she says that the Indian guy was abusing her. No way I say, she is hideous. Nobody's paying for that.

Well the cops then show up and the stories start changing and it turns out in the Indian dude decided he didn't want to pay for services rendered. So the chick flipped out and pull the fire alarm.

The cops finally showed up and kicked the girl out of the hotel and made the guy sign some type of paper saying that he has been bad and he needs to report to immigration. Meanwhile, this poor shnook is standing there in front of a room full of people who now know exactly what was going on.

I'd normally be irritated, but the humiliation this dude suffered was too great. As far as I'm concerned, the cop should have arrested them both but I guess it's not illegal in this country to pull a fire alarm and the cops didn't want to be burdened with doing the paperwork to lock this guy up when they can just have him deported.

This isn't in Thailand, but it sure sounds familiar doesn't it? They play without pay and according to the desk clerks, they have nothing but trouble with Indian tourists.

Soi Nana in BKK mostly Indian now.

It seems like the nightlife scene is on life support at this point, so at least somebody is supporting it.

I recently spent some time in Bangkok, I went to Soi Cowboi, and many of the Go-Go Bars were closed, the ones that were open had just a few gals and they were all fat and ugly. Gone are the days when beauties would be hanging out outside, even Crazy Horse warned me before I walked in there's only one girl working. That place used to be ridiculous.

Also visited Nana and there was a small fraction of the talent that is normally there, and this was during peak season. Al9t of fat and unattractive women.

Spoke to a friend of mine who owns a top massage spot, and he told me he's having a very hard time finding talent right now.

So is the online online scene causing the demise of bars, and Go-Go's, and massage, or is there something else going on?

This didnt happen in Bangkok, but a different country. I was in BKK in late December and Nana was rocking albiet on the street the crowds of westerners were replaced by crowds of Indians. However, the bars and GoGos were still crowded with mostly Western and Koreans/Japanese.

If Thailand tourism is suffering, its their own fault.

Talking about Koreans I noticed in Angeles City Philippines all customers were Korean and NOT one indian in Angeles City

I heard from some friends who live there that the bar scene has gotten quite pricey, it could be a primary cause why you don't see too many Indians.

There are a large number of Korean factories and businesses around Angeles, which is why there are so many Koreans there. Huge factories.

Seems like it's the Indian tourists saving the Thai nightlife scene!

That´s your way of looking at it. When they are there, not much other nationalities want to go there. That´s just another way of looking at it.

What I can’t understand is why the girls on the prom and walking streets go with these guys ! I mean, they’re often not that bad compared to the the leering smelly customers. Are they that poor ? 2 of them sat near me in a’coffee shop and I had to change tables. Same as some babushka who smell of cabbage.

Judging by the fact that you are perusing all the prostitution hotspots and reporting on it, that you are supporting it also.

Absolutely 100%, all support should be given to the industry, there's nothing wrong with able and willing women attempting to make a living by any means possible as long as it's done through mutually consenting parties. I have no judgment whatsoever on that.

So when you make a date, how do you know if she is consenting to being a hooker or trafficked?
