The rest of the world has had female pilots for a long time.

The additional fact is that many of the ladies have more brains than the men.

The Thai military needs to open up and include women in order to increase their visibility and increase the number of females trying to get into the military.

why does the number of women trying to get into the military need to be increased ?

Presumably there are not many applying because they simply don't want to enlist , and who could blame them.

Just like I remember at work back in the uk. "oh we really need more women in construction because they are under represented" well there's several good reasons for that too, working long hours in dirty and dangerous conditions at the mercy of the weather being just a few of them, most women have more sense, why some seek to nudge them into unpleasant occupations is a mystery

Women do not have more brains than men both genders are equally endowed in that respect You are trying to be woke
