Trump wants 250-ft triumphal arch

But you don't seem to have any problem with his policies. That's what.

Maybe the comment was meant to say that Trump would be using it to hang his political enemies. He has explicitly called for that on more than one occasion.

Actually, to be accurate, he has called for them to be executed. I don't recall him getting explicit about how it should be done.

  • We don't want an arch. We are however contemplating erecting a statue to Donald Trump in Parliament Square, as our contribution to the 250 year anniversary celebrations. It will complete a triumvirate

An arch is an ideal location for hanging a swinging noose in the middle.

Gosh, that's even biglyer than the French one, a measly 162 feet! Think he's compensating for something?

Donald Trump called for the arrest and hanging of several Democratic members of Congress — all veterans — after they called for military personnel to refuse unlawful orders.

"SEDITIOUS BEHAVIOR, punishable by DEATH!" Trump wrote on Truth Social on Thursday morning after hours of reposting replies to a Washington Examiner story that called for the executions.

Still trying on that same old tired ploy.

You dont think Trump is committing treason and deserves capital punishment? Is this Democratic candidate wrong? You are going full MAGA on us? Unbeleiveable.

Anyone who calls for violence in any fashion should be held accountable And before you froth off about but but but trump said this and that.

Ya him too.

Clear enough for you ?

A 250 foot arch will look great with gilt decoration, maybe some swans and unicorns to make it look classical. And an eternal flame with the tomb of the unknown ICE warrior to balance the glitter with a somber touch. One can imagine those mile long columns of goose stepping Proud Boy divisions raising glory to the fatherland.

We all witnessed a sick mind when we seen violence implied in your post.

"Can't we just shoot them in the legs or something?" (about 1st Amendment peaceful protesters)

"We love you all very much" (to the terrorists who beat and bear sprayed 140 Capitol police and wanted to hang the Vice President). such was the depth of his love on that "Day of Love" that he pardoned them, a slap in the face to law enforcement, as well as his own former VP.

'Clear those protesters" (to thugs who tear gassed peaceful protesters in Lafayette Park so Trump could hold a Bible upside down in front of a church)

"I just grab'em by the p#ssy"

We all have witnessed a sick mind, who happens to be in the Oval Office.

"in any fashion"?

How about the miscreant who called his cult to DC for what was only a pro forma certification of an election, Tweeting "It'll be WILD!!!!!" ?

And who then used "fight" 37 times, and "peacefully" but once, telling the cult he had called to DC to "march to the Capitol"?

I accept that Trump is dumb, but NOBODY is so dumb that they wouldn't expect such a cult to be violent. Only idiots and cult members would not know violence was Trump's intent.

Good people tried to hold the felon accountable, but the system failed and he avoided accountability.

Clear enough for you?

They could then make a small lake in front and call it the Arch Loch.

I think Trump committed treason, albeit not by the pure legal definition.

His obvious and illegal attempts to subvert democracy and overturn the 2020 election, including sending his cult members to the US Capitol knowing full well how they would act (as he intended) constitute Sedition

10 U.S. Code § 894 - Art. 94. Mutiny or sedition

Sedition is a capital offense. He should have been tried for his actions, and if found gulty, faced the legal penalty.

For his obvious theft of highly classified documents, and subsequently lying about it, as he threatened US national security as well as the identities of clandestine intelligence sources, he should be in jail awaiting trial, as ANYONE ELSE who did that would be.

You MAGAs can pretend all you want that Trump is innocent. Let's play a little Whataboutism....what if Harris had done exactly the same thing Trump did re 6 Janaury 2021? Or how about this...if a few thousand BLM or antifa "typical tourists" stormed the White House and set up a noose, broke into the Oval Office, defecated on the floor, and beat SS and police, would Trump have pardoned them?

250y old? Ahh, so cute. Just a pup. What a donkey though. How does a person get so into themself? I bet he’s a mirror kisser.

I often hear that claim from people who claim to be of a non-American nationality that because of that they don't care. And yet they frequently participate in these discussions. The fact is, I can't know whether you care or not. Your alleged feelings or lack of them are irrelevant. The fact is, I've never read any criticism from you about Trump's policies. Maybe they exist. But if they do, they're extremely infrequent. Maybe I'm being disingenuous. But given the outrage here on the part of Trump supporters, a man who has called for the death of his political opponents, I find their concern unconvincing.

Yes. It's also a chance to remind the cult who their messiah really is, a traitor to US ideals and a slap in the face to much better people who have served....even the "suckers and losers". (yes, I believe Gen Kelly over the serially mendacious Trump).

The OP's secondary comment, which has elicited lots of pearl clutching among the cult, is nothing compared to what you just reminded us of there.

Elected officials who merely reminded military of what is in the Pentagon's own War Manual had Trump calling for execution of Rep Kelly and Sen Slotkin, both of whom served in war zones.

MAGAs overlooked that threat of violence.

Let's also not overlook the bombing of civilian boats in the Caribbean, and the double-tap murders of shipwreck survivors, WAR CRIMES under US regulations AND the Geneva Conventions.

It would be legal and proper for service members to refuse those orders.

Trump needs to think outside of the Jack-in-the-Box.

Rather than an arch, he should commission a 250' taco. It would be a fitting memorial to his Presidency, and he might even get Mexico to pay for it, even if tacos are more TexMex.

He certainly is trying to lift his leg and leave his scent all over DC, what with his silly ballroom, this arch, the garish redecoration of the West Wing and Oval Office, and now he's talking about a 100,000 seat stadium to hold the UFC fight he will have the White House host. You know UFC, that "sport" where each person tries to cause brain damage in his or her opponent. That's the kind of entertainment a bone spurs coward would enjoy. Oh, and he just announced the Kennedy Center will close for 2 years to redecorate it. I guess that's one way to hide the fact nobody with any actual talent wants to perform there anymore.

I think the most appropriate comment made regarding Trump's garish sense of style was that made by one of Elon Musk's many children, when he mined a booger and wiped it on the Resolute Desk. Crude, but appropriate.

Ok fair enough. Usually whwn pot kettle comment comes out its generally about those having the conversation.

My mistake.

I figure you would defend a dumb. You need to be deprogrammed from your cult. BTW, you're a fascist.

Posting a code without any explanation of the foundation of understanding the law followed by a disgruntled rant just goes to show how inept your understanding of the law is.

You should probably stay away from thinking.....it's not your strong point.

That appears to be a common practice here.
