Try making ONE reply without it being an assumption. Visit rural Thailand, then comment. Thailand has a lot of attractions, although most are much the same in the country areas. It's a farming country, most of it being country, and there is only so many things to see that are different.

I have visited rural Thailand. You have no clue. People drive through Sisaket on the way to Ubon.

Outrageous. You grab a four seat table at nine in the morning, sit there alone with a coffee, and that is basically your property now for as long as you want it. No one else allowed within two meters

I'm in Bangkok. You sound like you have never been anywhere. Sisaket 5555 The top attraction is a beer bottle temple.

I've been to Bangkok, as well as many major cities. You have a very poor memory, as I've mentioned this all the years I've been here.

Have you been to a doctor in the past 12 months?

Only dumb people move to backwaters then claim it's amazing. Beer Bottle temple. You really do have no idea about Thailand or Asia.

Only those with a lack of intelligence assume they know how smart another is in an online forum, unless, like you, they've shown their weaknesses. I never said living here is amazing. It's boring unless you're at the beaches, unless of course you like gardening and farming, and can keep yourself busy doing these things. I actually do have an idea about Asia, as geography and research is what I did since high school, and have continued all along, about most countries. I knew about Thailand since those high school days, as I like Asian cultures.

Easy to spot a smart guy. Guys who can't count is a dead giveaway.

Most farangs in Thailand are old. Some are smart, many are dumb.

I can think of one, that makes silly statements of forums.

Sisaket

BUT, how many (farangs in TH) do you actually know ?

Know ... would be their wife or partner's name, been to their house, or them to yours. Talked to for more that 15 minutes from a bar stool, shared a table or meal with.

And what' wrong with Sisaket ? Wouldn't be my choice, but neither would Krung Thep, Patts, Samui, Phuket, Chiang Mai (city), or even Udon Thani, again. Doesn't mean they are bad place, just not for me.

Some enjoy rural, some semi rural (me), some urban, some full on busy metro areas.

You see, it's usually a smart person who easily recognizes another one. This is where you falter.Assumptions don't count.

As far as myself, I know probably around 60 or so in person. Ones I've actually met, talked to at parties other foreigners had, eaten at restaurants and met them, gone to a couple bars the same, worked out with at my gym, who came to the pay and fish near my house, and worked at the school I help out at.

Most rural places are quiet with few farangs. This Fred guy claims thousands live there 555

I've been to at least 20 in this province. That's Wat Pa Maha Chedi Kaew, which I visited. Bueng Kan. ....This is Wat Phu Tok...........https://migrationology.com/wat-phu-tok-bueng-kan/

60 is a lot under 2,000. Your posts are packed with nonsense. No tourists at the no 1 attraction. Tourists actually drive past Sisaket to visit Ubon.

Bueng Kan is a different province though.

Again you must speak from experience, which you have little of. I actually live in Sisaket province, and have not only visited many places here with my ex and girlfriend and their families, but have worked here and talked to hundreds of people. Your replies are assumptions, with no or little experience actually interacting with the locals.

You listed 60 people. You claimed Sisaket had thousands of tourists. Not 1 in the video. You post utter crap.

Yes, and you said I knew little about Thailand, so I listed just those temples I visited in Bueng Kan.

Wat Phu Tok is famous but not many go there. Long way from Sisaket too.

That you go by a random video also shows your lack of knowledge on the subject. You went looking just to try and disprove something I said, like you always do, but you never have. That temple alone has thousands visiting, both foreigners and locals, every year. I talked to the people there when we went. You don't like being told the truth, so you turn it around and assume. I'm thinking the Thai's who run the place know quite a bit more than a random person that drifts from town to town, not getting to know more than a few places.

Stop skimming. Slow down, actually read ALL of what a person writes, then take a minute or two to comprehend. I said I know about 60 foreigners. I also said thousands visit that temple. Both are true. You have no idea what I nor anyone else does or did here while living here so your replies are just again, assumptions.

All the videos on the beer bottle show its quiet and done on different days. I've been to Wat Phu Tok and it is more famous but still fairly quiet. You just post crap.

1000s do, obviously, just depends what provinces you are picking. And what is rural. I lived at Udon Thani province for 16+ yrs. and consider that lifestyle rural, as 2 places I lived, I couldn't see my neighbors when first moved there. One place, I never had a neighbor, but was 5 minutes away from chain super market, CarreFour/Big C, and 5 more minutes from downtown, airport, 10 more to the train station, and huge metro.

Just because you're not familiar with the rural living, doesn't mean 1000s aren't living there.

Nobody believes you. You post crap that isn't supported by any data or any videos or anything. You just make up stories. Sisaket is a crap town in the middle of nowhere.

I doubt you've been anywhere near the places you say you have. I and others here actually live here. We aren't drifters or backpackers. We interact with locals daily, for years. You're always asking for proof but you have none that you live here. I can say I'm living here while sitting at my PC in Nome Alaska, and google places trying to brag. Actual life experience counts quite a bit more.

Been there twice. Quiet both times. More busy than the beer bottle temple.

Actually, anyone with common sense does believe me, as they've seen me tell the truths, and stick by them , all the time I've been on this forum. I've talked about my life here when i didn't have to. I could just as easily lied and exaggerated like you and a couple of others here but what would be the point, as the truth always comes out eventually? I post actual experience and facts. You look to AI trying to disprove facts and the members actual experience, which cannot be dismissed as it actually happened to them.

I'm sure in your own mind you believe the crap you post but nobody else does. Lots of farangs go crazy in Isaan. They don't know it. Bad drivers don't know they drive bad.

Absolutely, same boring insults, better if posters just ignore him and don't reply to his comments, Fred should be doing that.

Name 5 people that believe Sisaket is hugely popular with tourists and has thousands of expats or post a data link.
