The Trump administration has burned through “years” of critical munitions since the start of the war with Iran, said three people familiar with the matter, fuelling concerns about the rising cost of the conflict and the US’s ability to replenish its stockpiles.

Iran exceeded the limits it had agreed to under the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action, which capped enrichment at 3.67%, and progressively moved well beyond those restrictions.

Sanctions, embargoes and diplomatic pressure were intended to prevent exactly this scenario. Yet enrichment continued to increase, stockpiles continued to grow, and the programme moved steadily closer to weapons-relevant capability. At some point the question stops being whether diplomacy should work - and becomes whether ignoring its failure simply allows the problem to become far harder to contain later.

There is many people who hate americans, especially those of our new citizens who comes from conflict areas where especially Americans have been present the last decades. I take it you can read news? About 20 cargo ships have been targeted by Iranian drones and missiles. If that's not an attempt to block the Strait, I don't know what would convince you.
