Hey MAGA,

If Robert Mueller “totally exonerated” Donald Trump like he claimed, then why is Donald celebrating his death? Riddle me that, MAGA.

Wild guess - Trump.didn't appreciate being falsely smeared and called a Russian agent by low IQ/gullible msm.consumers? Its a possibility, right?

A mystery I want solving is after the infamous No obstruction, No collusion NYP headline dropped (banned here by dearly departed deranged activists)

It dropped in your mind. Just like so many of your other claims. In fact, as the Senate Committee led by Republicans pointed out in a voluminous report, there was plenty of evidence. Mueller in his report said there was a strong case against Trump because of the hints me made to Manafort that he would be pardoned. And pardon him he did.

Interestingly enough, the content of the Mueller report has been later confirmed in a GOP-led Senate investigation report, signed by.....Rubio! 😀

No idea what you're on about. Are you talking about some headline in the New York Post rag?

And what does "banned here by dearly departed deranged activists" mean?

Are you drunk on a Sunday evening, Sunny? Let me guess, you're living in Isaan, aren't you!🤣

As per Meullers report:

"If we had confidence after a thorough investigation of the facts that the President clearly did not commit obstruction of justice, we would so state. Based on the facts and the applicable legal standards, we are unable to reach that judgment. The evidence we obtained about the President’s actions and intent presents difficult issues that prevent us from conclusively determining that no criminal conduct occurred. Accordingly, while this report does not conclude that the President committed a crime, it also does not exonerate him."

So on the core principle: in the U.S. criminal justice system, no prosecutor including a special counsel (incl Meuller) has the authority or role to formally declare someone's guilt or innocence outside of bringing charges and securing a conviction in court. Prosecutors decide whether there's sufficient evidence to charge (prosecute) or to decline prosecution (often called a "declination"). If they decline, the subject remains presumed innocent, full stop and no public "not exonerated" asterisk attached.

This is where Meuller stumbled and stepped all over his tongue. Watch J Radcliff nail it down. Meuller is a scumbag hack.

Further context: Trump celebrated because Mueller never gave him the full exoneration he claimed, and the lingering stink of "not exonerated" is exactly why the bad blood never died. Some of you should begin by reading the actual report next time instead of recycling 2019 talking points. MAGA stays winning on facts, even when the other side brings feelings.

Mods even pointed out, put that sh!t in the 'politcal' thread that I started, but ignored, and they can't seem to keep up with it, and gave up trying. Use to be a fun thread, which I ignore now, like so many.

Like I said, AN is a quick read now. I reply to people that quote me, food, EV, troll the political thread I started with all topics. And that's about it, unless really bored.

You lot keep going on about the 'hoax' and it's true Trump somehow managed to dodge direct involvement in the investigation but there was certainly plenty there and plenty of links directly to Trump

Apparently not, or he also would have been charged.

As I stated, looking for dirt, and fabricating dirt, is 2 different things, and why FEC fined DNC & Clinton campaign.

As you quoted, move along now coffee1

Without going into his policies, your president is a disgrace to humanity, and if you can't see that, then you're probably on the same level.

Insults when you go nothing. He's not my president, I don't live there, and I wouldn't have voted for him anyway, or any candidate. Voting is simply the illusion of choice.

I agree with some of his policies, disagree with rest.

Disagree with USA military being deployed anywhere, except the border of the USA and it's territories.

That should answer any future assumptions you have about my politics. Also disagree with any and all foreign aid or subsidizing of anything. That should cover everything else, so I don't expect you to debate politics with me in the future.

Not that you ever do, just sling insults. Have a nice day.

AI Overview

Donald Trump was not charged based on the 2019 Mueller investigation after Joe Biden became president primarily because the Department of Justice (DOJ) under Attorney General Merrick Garland did not reopen the closed Mueller investigation, adhering to established precedents regarding the finality of special counsel investigations and potential political blowback.

While the Mueller report did not exonerate Trump of obstruction of justice and Mueller himself testified that a president could be charged after leaving office, several factors led to the decision not to pursue those specific charges:

  • Finality of the Investigation: The Mueller investigation concluded in March 2019, and Attorney General Bill Barr and Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein had already decided that the evidence was insufficient to establish a finding of obstruction of justice. The investigation was officially closed, and a new administration rarely re-prosecutes closed cases from a previous administration.

  • Biden's Stance on DOJ Independence: President Biden stated early on that he would not interfere with the Justice Department's judgment, but he also expressed belief that prosecuting a former president would be a "very unusual thing and probably not very good for democracy".

  • Focus on New Investigations: The Biden Department of Justice instead focused on new investigations surrounding January 6, 2021, and the handling of classified documents, which ultimately led to separate indictments by Special Counsel Jack Smith.

  • Mueller's Approach: Mueller stopped short of a criminal indictment, partially because DOJ policy forbade indicting a sitting president, but also because his team felt it would be unfair to accuse a person of a crime without giving them a chance to clear their name in court.

  • Barr's Internal Memo: A newly released 2019 memo revealed that Bill Barr, then Attorney General, argued that the evidence laid out in the Mueller report was not sufficient to establish a crime, and this decision remained the final word from the DOJ on that investigation.

While some Democrats pressed for action on the ten episodes of potential obstruction detailed in the Mueller report, the Biden DOJ focused its resources on investigations involving actions taken after Trump left office.

So telling you that you must be on the same level as your president is considered an insult?

Thanks for admitting that your president then indeed is a disgrace to humanity. And yes, it is YOUR president, unless you now want to claim you're not an American.

Make America Great Again ... who wouldn't want the home country to be all it could be, in a positive way.

Am I political, right or left, no, as I believe, theoretically, that socialism & democracy can work together. Not going to happen, as long as the 'Uniparty' is ruling the planet All people that can't think for themselves, too many, are screwed.

Took a survey, and it decided I was a slightly right leaning libertarian. Google meaning of, and that seemed about right / correct 🙄

My advice to all, make your own, ASAP and ...

THANKS again, on both posts. Reading comprehension does seem to be a problem for 'C', and others, or he simply ignores and enjoys repeated trolling. I thought I was self explanatory, and easily understood, obviously, by non trolls.

I don't reply, just chuckle at him, as he'll continue twisting posts, and replying once or twice, is more than enough. They'll go on all day with their delusions. Ignoring works best, after my 'have a nice day' ending to the conversation, as they eventually give up.

Historically presidents have been expected to show some grace, dignity and compassion, however Trump has thrown all that out the window.

He is an absolute pig, and no level of decorum is expected of him anymore. This very ugly man possesses such hatred, such bitterness, and his upbringing was such a failure, he must have been subjected to so much abuse by his parents that he just doesn't behave like a civilized person.

Everything that comes out of his mouth is ugly, nasty, critical, vindictive, hateful, vengeful or bitter. This man is one nasty piece of work and is the last man in the world that should be leading America right now. He needs to go, he needs to be shut down, however that can be accomplished it needs to be done.
