Shake it...!!!
Dear Folks, Whatever happened to the Tina we once loved? Did she try to push the envelope so hard that she became a caricature of her good self? Has great music become less music and more show for those who do not really care that much about music? Tina once had Taste. But, now? How did she fall prey to whatever she fell prey to.....? PTSD....maybe? Just wondering.... Regards,.... Note: We remember when she was .....GREAT...... -

What would it actually take to elevate Thailand?
There biggest move so far was legalizing weed and eatables. But that only served to attract high flying THC addicts .. it did not send Thailand flying high. In fact it lowered it a peg or two in attracting a whole new class of hang abouts and lazy do nothings. -

Motorcyclist Killed After Crashing Into Power Pole on Notorious Pattaya Curve
Picture from responders. A fatal road crash occurred late night on 9 April, when a motorcyclist lost control and crashed into an electricity pole on Pattanakarn Road near Wat Khao Sao Thong Thong in Nong Prue, Bang Lamung district, Chonburi. The incident has once again raised concerns among local residents, who are urging authorities to install clear warning signs at what they describe as a “cursed curve” known for repeated deadly crashes. Rescue personnel from Sawang Boriboon Thammasathan Foundation were dispatched following a report to their radio centre at 21:45. Pol. Sub-Lt. Sanya Jaichan, deputy investigator at Nong Prue Police Station, also responded to the scene. Upon arrival, emergency responders found a man, estimated to be between 25 and 35 years old, lying in a pool of blood at the base of the pole. He was dressed in a black t-shirt and long denim jeans but carried no identification. The man had suffered head injuries and a broken neck and was in critical condition. Despite attempts to resuscitate him, he succumbed to his injuries shortly after. Near the body, officers discovered a severely damaged grey Honda Forza motorbike bearing a red temporary registration plate (Sriracha Police Station). Eyewitnesses from the nearby community reported that the motorcyclist was travelling at high speed when he lost control navigating the bend and struck the power pole with significant force. Locals added that the curve has long had a deadly reputation, having claimed numerous lives and left many injured over the years. They said repeated requests have been made to authorities for warning signs or safety improvements, but no action has yet been taken. Pol. Sub-Lt. Sanya stated that CCTV footage from the surrounding area will be reviewed to determine the exact cause of the crash. The deceased has been transported to a local hospital morgue where authorities await contact from family members to claim the body. Residents continue to call for urgent safety measures to prevent further tragedies at this dangerous bend. -- 2025-04-11 -

Nurse Suspended After Refusing to Use Preferred Pronouns for Transgender Sex Offender
Not many would nowadays. One of the requirements ( not stated in the nice booklets encouraging the gullible to become nurses ) is to tolerate vast amounts of abuse while doing the job. On my training course there was another male that had previously been a banker, decided to help people rather than exploit them. He lasted about a month before he'd had enough of the managerial abuse. Being punished for some minor infraction by being told to clean the bed pans by hand was the final straw, and he went back to banking. BTW, the worst abusers in my experience during training were not females, but males that had become managers. Believe it or not, by the time I decided to give it a go the situation had improved, but hardly enough. Classes for nurses in the 60s used to start with about 50 students, and were soon reduced to a fraction of that number once reality set in. -
