I noticed around 4 more restaurants are now closed on Lansuan, including Ad Maker's which has moved. Any idea what is going on?

I seem to recall that there was a news clip about this some time ago. All the land along Langsuan is Crown Property Office land and the leases are expirimg this year. CPO announced that the leases would not be renewed and that bids would be solicited for development of commercial and residential projects. More high rises on the way! :o

If you mean the markets, yes they are all closing for redevelopment.

I heard that "Admakers" is closing and making way for yet another serviced apt high rise...

"Lumba Lumba" closed down to make way for a low rise retail area targetted at expats and other foreign visitors....

In Mercury Tower all the restaurants (like Auberge Dab, Park Ave Steakhouse, Fabb Fashion Cafe etc.) cleared out to make way for a retail & food podium zone...
