E-ticket

Featured Replies

Just bought "2" e-tickets from Bangkok to Chiang Mai and got a very good price B3450 for the pair (although 1 was for an infant).

Problem is I have only received an email with details of my daughters ticket and no details for my ticket....

Do I need both or when I turn up at the airport will my credit card details and passport be ok?????

On my Air Asia ticket, there is just 1 booking number for two people but both passengers are named on the eticket

There is only one name on the ticket and also just the price for one person....

Then I would suggest that only 1 person is booked and if it is your infant daughter for that price they have really cocked up.

The Air Asia eticket is a 4 page attachment to an email, the first page has the booking number, the names of both passengers and flight details, the second has a breakdown of the fares, the third has travel advice and the fourth T & C's.

The Air Asia booking system for an infant doesn't work.

You have to book an infant (or a child) as an adult to get around it.

Edited to add child info.

I have a 3 page eticket for my daughter with just the price for her ticket...

I do however have another email which is a confirmation of booking, but states that it can`t be used as a ticket????

Have sent several email but have not as yet received a reply...

Will keep posting until resolved....
