Dont understand why you need the photo, now in at least Bangkok they take the photo and insert it on the new license, looks just like a credit card.

I did ask about it, she just said, "look this paper i give you" did not want to ask again, she did not look happy, and i might deal with her again.

Doctor letter saying no disease and fit..100Baht

Letter confirming address, I got free from immigration

Completed form

Brought photos but no good as they now issue credit card type licence with digital photo.

So now they want you to show a workpermit?

Not good for folk who don't want to get hooked into that palaver
