I think if you are looking to buy in CM you just have to drive to the garage forecourts near the Flower Market near Tesco Lotus....seem to have hundreds of cars for sale...even saw a MINI yesterday..a rarity in CM

I think there are several in Thai language, but mainly concern Bangkok.

Here in CM I recommend cruising around the Sanamgeelar area, near the municipal sports stadium, where there is a plethora of used car sales sites.

If you are into tasteful older stuff there is also www.autonostalgia.info

Thanks for the info. I saw a car on a Bkk website and I don't think I will be able to get that exact one in CM because its rare. Is it worth the trouble buying it in bkk and then driving it back to cm?

That's where I bought my car (Bangkok) and drove it back to CM. Did it because of the poor choice of cars here compared to BKK. Was simple enough since I payed cash for the car. After bringing it to CM I transferred the registration (plates) to here, also straight forward process.
