Travel, get out of the big smoke and go see some other things... Kanchanaburi Tiger Temple, the Caves there, Chiang Mai, Phuket, Samui, Phi Phi (whats left of it ) Angkor Wat - theres thousands of fascinating and interesting places not far from us, both in and out of thailand, and bangkok is a good place to travel from in terms of transport options. Take up a new hobby, try learning to write computer programs, or learn to hack , further your knowledge and skills. Learn Thai, read some history, get a bonsi tree, dismantle your toaster and put it back together again. Learn to cook, find/try a new restaurant every day, read a 'mills and boon' novel, watch a movie, watch some documentaries, re-arrange your apartment, go for a walk, make new friends, shave your head and goto the temple, go shopping, go bowling, goto the cinema, goto the aquarium, goto the horse racing, goto one of the palaces... do i need to go on?

I've done all these....... 6 years in LOS Wolfie. Anyhoo, I have til Jan to FREAK OUT here. After that, I'll go back to Phili and find something else to do.

KK. I bought a book called 'Shamanism' by Eliade, 'The Holotropic Mind' by Grof, 'Empire of Debt' by Bonner & Wiggin, 'A Hero w/ a Thousand Faces' by Joseph Campbell.

These books will keep me busy for 3-5 days, so I'm sorted for now.

MBK gameshop called me earlier today and said they now have Age Of Conan in stock

Just nipped over there and picked up the collectors edition of it

FYI the collectors edition comes with a 120 page full colour book on the making of the game with all the artwork, a cloth map, sountrack CD, exclusive in-game item which grants +2% exp and +3% STAM and best of all.... THE DRINKING CAPE!!! This in-game items grants the player FREE drink at every tavern in the game forever... Just can't turn down free beer!!
