it is quirky English humour but a friend of mine from the US thinks it is hilarious. He also enjoys Ab Fab and Monty Python. I think that he is proof that some Americans do have a sense of humour but it is most likely found as a recessive gene.

I'm have, over the past month or two been re-watching some of the old favourites. Currently on season 4 of Red Dwarf, (of 8 I believe), and season 6 of Cheers (of 11).

So far they've both had their ups and downs.

Unfortunately I cannot say the same for the Police Academy movies. Currently on 4 (of 7) and they are just terrible terribly poor, (except the first one, which is mildly amusing)

The film " A private function " will wet your kegs with laughter............
