Featured Replies

Hi all.

i was until early last week able to listen to BBC radio 2 from there website

http://www.bbc.co.uk/radio2/shows/wright/

steve right in the afternoon, on listen again.

now i just get a real player general error wjhen i click on the show on there site after realplayer loads up

have the beeb blocked LOS/Dtac :o or do i have a pc problem

Working for me on a True connection.

Cheers

Works for me as well.

Cheers.

I know its a copyright issue.

But is so annoying that you can listen to a streamed version of Steve Wright including the music or you can automatically download a podcast of the same and have it on your ipod but without the music.

Or with a bit of effort you can save the stream convert the format and then save it on your ipod.

So why not just let me have the podcast with the music?

Cheers

When I click on the link I can open BBC iPlayer and it works fine for all the shows. I'm on TOT in Bangkok.

Because it's a copyright issue.

You can rip a copyrighted music feed yourself (I do it all the time), but the Beeb are hardly going to do it for you if it's illegal? A pain but that's the law. Lots of software out there to automate the ripping tho!

Cheers
