Today's Question.

What has four tails, two legs and smells bad.

(edit, I'm using the word smell as it it always used in common practice i.e. the whiff and not the ability)

Aquatic Species Generator

This armored beast has a vulpine head, with empty, sterling silver, reflective eyes, which observe you quietly with obvious intelligence. It has triangular jaws which are loudly snarling. It has barbed, wide, humanoid ears. Its quick neck is long. This indian red animal has a reptilian torso. It has two slender tentacles. It has four tails. One tail is lightning-fast and flat, the other is ponderous and strong, the third is strong and fat, and the fourth is ponderous and slow. It swims as fast as 180 mph. It consumes rocks and water for sustenance. It has binocular vision, has a nonexistant sense of smell, is deaf, has an average sense of taste, and has a nonexistant sense of touch. It's excellent with all types of technology. It speaks a complicated language. They aren't amphibious and cannot survive out of water for a interminable time.

"Beware the Jabberwock, my son!

The jaws that bite, the claws that catch!....

The Jabberwock, with eyes of flame,

Came whiffling through the tulgey wood,

And burbled as it came!

Nah, there's a lot more than four tails/tales there. :o

That would explain the " kipper " addiction.

  • 1 year later...

I'm as small as an ant, as big as a whale. I'll approach like a breeeze, but can come like a gale. By some I get hit, but all have shown fear. I'll dance to the music, though I can't hear. Of names I have many, of names I have one. I'm as slow as a snail, but from me you can't run. What am I??

good guess, but no.

A shadow...... doesn't quite fit all criteria.....hmmmm.
A Shadow.

Yes.

:D Harcourt... I don't write 'em! :)
