Rusian Satanic Gang Murders

A Satanist gang has been accused of murdering four Russian teenagers, stabbing each of them 666 times before cooking their body parts on a bonfire and eating them.

The killers carried out the brutal killings in June, but the victims' remains were not found until last month, Russian police have revealed.

Each victim was stabbed 666 times — the biblical sign of the devil — before some of their limbs, breasts and genitals were cut off and their hearts ripped out as part of a ritual, according to UK's Daily Mail newspaper.

The remains of Anya Gorokhova, Olga Pukhova, Varya Kuzmina and Andrei Sorokin — aged between 16 and 17 and described by police as "Goths" — were found in a pit branded with satanic symbols and an upside down cross in the Yaroslavl region of Russia, 255km north-east of Moscow.

Kuzmina reportedly called a friend from the apartment of the gang’s leader, Nikolai Ogolobyak, shortly before her murder and said "I don't like it here, something's not right".

Police believe the killings were executed in two separate rituals on consecutive days and all the victims and killers knew each other.

Eight worshippers have been arrested over the murders, but have since claimed Satan would help them "avoid responsibility".

"I made lots of sacrifices to him," one member of the gang was quoted by the Mail as saying.

Another member claimed he turned to Satan after his prayers to God were not answered.

"It didn’t bring me any money... I prayed to Satan, and things improved," he said.

Gothic sub-culture has come under scrutiny in Russia in recent months, with Russia’s parliament proposing amendments to better regulate Goth websites and prevent Gothic-dressers entering government buildings.

I just read this this morning, very very sick act!!!

For sure it is a sick act but with these cases it is all too easy to dismiss them as being a sign of sickness in another society. Look at the case a good few years back in the UK when two yobs lead away and murdered that little boy (Jamie Bulger?).

This sickness is pervading all societies alike, yes even Thai youth is starting to drift towards an anarchic society of violent street gangs.

So what is causing it? Some blame the breakdown of family units, but that doesn't hold entirely true. Many single parent kids grow up to be exemplorary people and many from stable families become psychopathic yobs. Some blame violent video games and films, but again there are many who get into this kind of stuff but don't bring it with them into real life. Some blame the breakdown of discipline in schools but the behavioral breakdown must come from outside the school as it isn't taught inside. Some blame it on society not providing sufficient facilities for the youth to go and let off steam. But myself and most of my generation often grew up in towns with no cinemas, bowling alleys, youth clubs etc and we don't go round smashing places up (well not any more - we're gettin' a bit old for it now :o ).

In my opinion, people like this are born that way and not moulded by society, that is just used as an excuse when they get caught.

Therapy or put them away for a very long time? ........ second one for me.

Is it a 'sign of the times' or did this sort of thing always happen?

Always happened.

The major cities in the UK were no go areas after dark until well into the 1900's. Rape murder child prostitution rampant, only difference today is the easy access to media and the false view that in such a short space of time we have become civilized.

We, by which I mean the human race, are not fighting enough wars. Thugs like this were always amongst the front line troops who, after two hours training, were sent out to fight the Panzer battalions at Stalingrad or those little monkeys in our colonies. They, along with anyone not from the right bloodline, were considered expendable and thus were expended. This has all gone to ratsh1t with all this diplomacy nonsense and the whole place has gone namby pamby with no stomach for the fight. What I say is, send them to boot camp for a few months then dispatch them to invade some minor little fuzzy wuzzy country like Equatorial Guinea. Blah blah blah etc etc etc.

Yours militarily

Good point. WW1 cleared up a lot of the mess. Oh for a good war..................

Good point. WW1 cleared up a lot of the mess. Oh for a good war..................

Plus of course it meant a lot more young fillies were available to the returning officers and gentlemen.

Tally ho old chap and all that. Pass me another pink gin will you?

One thing this does go against though, being serious for a minute, is the arguement that it is all the fault of the soft courts and judges influenced by the liberals pushing the human rights bandwagon. In Russia we have the opposite, a repressed (even in these days) population with few human rights that we take for granted. But could that very repressive society be the cause?

Do we need to search for the middle line?

Careful what you wish for. With the economies of the west on the brink of collapse those responsible for repairing the damage may think a war is a good diversion. It's always worked before.
