Looking For Fitness Equipment

Featured Replies

hey guys,

I'm looking to buy an adjustable bench for working out.. as well as free weights.. does anyone know of sports types of stores that has a good selection?

the only place I've looked so far is Central dept store in future park and they had next to nothing.. not sure if the nicer Centrals in bkk would be any better.. but I'd rather not wander around too much.

any suggestions? thanks.

uh aerobics is cardio first of all and I'm looking to do strength training (hence, bench and free weights), second, I have a gym membership that is just fine, but on days I can't get to the gym I want to work out at home.

hey / go join some aerobic classes...

Tesco Lotus at Rama 3 has a good adjustable bench set for less than 10,000 THB - can't remember the exact price but I think about 7,000 THB and it struck me as great value. They also have an excellent range of dumb bells... no doubt most Tesco stores have the same range.
