Rust Prevention

Does anybody know in the Pattaya area of a good place where they do the under body rust prevention spray.

The black paint like substance called underseal in the UK. I think the Thais call it bonny ?

I did say a good place as I can imagine the stuff EVERYWHERE including the interia if in the wrong hands
