Looking For Good Hand Pump

Any recommendations for a good brand and place to buy a decent hand pump for car/bike tires? I've bought a couple of ones from Lotus, but found them to be pretty useless.

Go to a bicycle shop and buy one there. About 600 or 700 baht and they include a gauge as well.
