February 24, 200917 yr Hi all, Was just wondering if it was ok to post information about a photography workshop my friend is running out of Bangkok? I know some forums don't like links posted to other websites. What is the etiquette here? cheers, Simon.
February 24, 200917 yr Welcome to Thai Visa. Same on here Simon, no links please and thank you for asking BTW. You could however put the link into your "Profile" page under "Personal Statement". Hope this helps. Yours truly, Kan Win
February 24, 200917 yr Maybe you could send me a PM in case you can't post the information on the board due to "rules"! Sunny
February 26, 200917 yr Author Actually the other forums with no links rules were ok when I asked for permission first. This is a one off workshop so if anyone is interested please send me a PM here. cheers, Simon.
February 27, 200917 yr Thanks for the PM, Simon. Sounds interesting (although expensive), but I cant make it as the dates are already blocked by work ......
February 27, 200917 yr Author Thanks for the PM, Simon. Sounds interesting (although expensive), but I cant make it as the dates are already blocked by work ...... No problems Sunny, the course is very personal and high quality consisting of a small sized group with three well-known instructors. Gavin shoots for Lonely Planet and Getty amongst others. cheers, Simon.
February 28, 200917 yr Thanks anyway, guess I would have somehow scraped together the money, if only the dates weren't out of question for me unfortunately .....
