Easiest Big Bike To Own

Thanks for the feedback all. I have my eye on the Honda CB 400 as it looks like it may be the "easiest" to own here.

Now I would like to ask you about the Kawasaki ZX10. A local falang here has 91 ZX10 for about 45,000. Yes it has a clean book an insurance. He's selling it because he knows it's going to kill him as it's just too fast! Aside from being a hel_l on wheels ride what do you think the up keep will be on a bike like this? I don't see it being a daily driver, more of a toy.
