There's a weight training gym at the north end of the main stadium, in the stadium compound. Dunno what it's like, but a lot of thais frequent it. Lannaman occasionally hauls a lightish set of hand weights on his porch.

The one at the stadium is <deleted>, one that meets your requirements is on the 1st soi on your left after you've turned left off the super highway at the King Mengrai statue. Mainly Thai members and a well equipped gym, 60 baht per visit and that includes an oil massage afterwards by one of the personal trainers! Hey easydogg take it easy big guy, only joking about the oil massage but the rest of the info is correct, enjoy!
