Hi, I entered Thailand in 8th January, from Finland - Helsinki.

Im from Sweden.

I didnt get a visa before I entered the country.

Now do I have to make a visa-run, or could I now afterwards, extend my stay for another 30 days? And after that extend it once more for 30 days?

My homeflight is set for 31th March.

Im now in Koh Tao. Can I go to Koh Samui and arrange it, if possible?

You have to leave Thailand.

You can cross border, enter other country, return. This will require two trips for that departure date.

From Koh Tao the easiest place to visit and get the Tourist visa will be Kota Baru, Malayisa.

Penang is the other option, but a little further to travel.
