Guest House Near Southern End Of Chaweng

Hi -

Will be in Samui for a week during the Songkran with parents. Have previously stayed at the Central Resort and like this area. The rates have now gone up to 7000 per night during the Songkran so paying 14000 time 7 is way out of the option. Anybody know of any nice guest house/small hotel in the same area? I still plan to use the Central Resort pool/gym (buy a week membership). Live in Bangkok and will be driving down around 8 April.

Budget?

I ended up booking the Samui Beach Apartments - seems like a good deal and looks ok as well. I booked the two bedroom family unit. Anybody have feedback on this place?
