I'm soon to apply for a new passport and wl have to transfer my multiple entry tourist visa to the new one.

So, obviously... How do I do this, how long does it take and how much is the cost?

NO charge; just go to immigration and they do it in about half an hour.

I didn't realize I was supposed to. I took old and new passports to Poipet on border run. Had to go into the small office on the right before being stamped out. They transfered the visa there, although I had to sit and wait 30 mins.

That's strange. The US Embassy makes a point of telling people and gives them an invitation letter to present to immigration and directions. Unless they have become lazy recently
