Well, if I'm perfectly honest, I hope it's a girl. I realise that by saying that, I'm offering a hostage to fortune. I'm also sure that if it turns out to be a boy, I'll be just as gooey and I'll love him just as much. But, still hope it's a girl.

I'd be pushing my luck as I wanted a girl the first time (16 years ago) and my wish was granted much to my eternal joy.

As for twins or triplets, I've already seen it a couple of times and he/she's definitely on his/her todd. To tell the truth, I wouldn't care if it's a katoey as long as it comes with the requisite number of limbs and is happy and healthy.
