If anyone can help me with this I would be very grateful. I have found that when using my microphone when talking in a voice conference room on the net that I sound like a speeded version of mickey mouse talking. The VC room is a macromedia flash one. I have had no problems with my sound or mic. When talking on msn or other viop connections it is only the VC room.

I use windows xp and have a true adsl connection. My soundcard is a creative SB Audio PCI(WDM) and cpu is 2.4 Mhertz with 256 of ram.

If anyone has any experience of a similar thing happening please let me know. I feel it is something to do with the fact that the Voice room is a flash one but it may just be my sound card but that works for other things.

Which browser do you use? And which version of Macromedia Flash Player did you install?

you might want to check the "effects" on the SB settings.
