He should serve the time imposed by the court , if they increase the time after finding him guilty of the other crimes against him then he should serve that time on top of what has been handed out already.

Agreed. But they believed wrong. He just needed their votes. All they got was a free phone and a bit of cash, which, I admit, was more than they ever got from any government. If they stick by him, there'll be many, many years of more hardship but they probably don't care. They're used to it and their daughters send them lots of money anyway.

Don't think he'll be back soon, if ever but he's not going to give up either. He can sing as many ballads as he likes to.

Ideally he would never even be tried in Thailand, but would be tried and imprisoned by the International Criminal Court in the Hauge for crimes against humanity, unfortunately Thailand is not yet a member state of this organization.
