I TRIED TO EXPLAIN TO HIM THAT HE CAN EXCHANGE HIOS COUPON FOR DRINKS INSIDE AND THAT IT IS NOT A PROFIT MAKING SCHEME AIMED AT FARANGS, I ALSO LISTENED TO HIS POINT OF VIEW AND ALSO UNDERSTOOD THAT HE FELT SINGLED OUT FROM HIS THAI FRIENDS, AND EVEN SPOKE TO THE POLICE MAN WHO IS SECURITY ON THE DOOR AT FABRIQUE AND EXPLAINED THAT ROB69 IS NOT A TOURIST ECT ECT AND HAS BEEN HERE SOME TIMES BEFORE BUT I WAS TOLD THAT HE MUST PAY, AT THE THIS POINT IS WAS CLEAR ROB69 HAD 2 OPTIONS. A - PAY AND COME IN OR B - DONT PAY AND LEAVE ROB69 THEN SAID THIS IS BULLS**T AND LETS GO TO MANDALAY WHICH ALSO HAS A 300 BAHT COVER CHARGE AND NO REDEMPTION ON DRINKS. THE TICKETS CAN BE EXCHANGED FOR DRINKS SO IT IS NOT AN EXTRA CHARGE FOR FARANG. I AM NOT SAYING I AGREE WITH THIS OR DISAGREE BUT SECURITY MUST ENFORCE THIS RULE.

EVERYDAY FARANGS ARE ASKED TO LEAVE FABRIQUE FOR FIGHTING, WALKING ROUND WITH NO SHIRT ON, THE OTHER DAY A FARANG COUPLE WERE CAUGHT HAVING SEX IN THE GARDEN AND EVERYTIME THE FARANG WILL SAY THEY DID NOT DO ANYTHING WRONG, EVEN THE WOMAN HAVING SEX TOLD ME SHE THOUGHT IT WAS NORMAL BEHAVIOUR.

IF PEOPLE HERE WISH TO BELIEVE THAT MY LACK OF RESPONSE TO ROB69 WORK PERMIT QUESTION MEANS THAT I DONT HAVE ONE, THATS UP TO THEM, AND IF FARANG HAVE A PROBLEM WITH FARANG SECURITY IN PUBS OR DISCO THATS UP TO THEM I CAN ONLY ASSUME THISE INDIVIDUALS DONT LIKE FARANG SECURITY BECAUSE THERE INPOLITE COMENTS MADE IN ENGLISH TO THAI STAFF DONT GO UN-NOTICED. thankyou blinky bill i only joined thai visa today because my friend called me and told me about this comment he read, so i thought i will set the record straight, and at fabrique i do all i can to try and help the farang that get themselves into trouble, i think people like rob69 have never seen what happens when i thai bouncer loses his cool and so many times i have stopped farnag getting a beating from thais there, the fact we have thai farang security is to try and promote the feeling of safe fair enviroment where if a farang gets into trouble in fabriue there are farang staff to help to and try and avoid the feeling of thai helping thai, if a farang gets into a fight with thais in a disco who do you think the thai security will help! but if a farang is behaving badly i will not take his side that would be unprofessional. but as im sure you know trouble makers will always swear that they are the victim, if a thai makes trouble with a farang i will help the farang, i can speak fluent thai, i can read and write thai too, im not just some farang thug employed to be nasty to farang, despite the picture mr rob69 is trying to paint, but thanks for your support!!

A farang goes to a disco and is asked to pay 300 baht but his Thai mates are allowed in for free. Forget the 'bouncer' saying it's because bla bla. My experience is that farang go in and buy the expensive stuff (exception is Israelis), Thais go in and buy soda for the whiskey bottle they bought at 7/11.

The farang bouncer is just part of the ripoff.
