1. In honour of his majesty the king Bhumibol Adulyadej "Ride for the King" and "Asawin Exhibition".

เพื่อ สร้างกิจกรรมที่เป็นการเทอดพระเกียรติ องค์พระบาทสมเด็จพระเจ้าอยู่หัว ภูมิพลอดุลยเดช รัชกาลที่ 9 คือ “Ride for the King” และ “Asawin Exhibition”

2. To stimulate tourism at national and international levels for Harley Davidson Riders.

กระตุ้นการท่องเที่ยวในระดับประเทศและระดับสากล โดยกลุ่มผู้ขับขี่ Harley-Davidson

3. To create a motorcycle riding festival in Thailand of world repute.

สร้างเทศกาลขับขี่จักรยานยนต์ในระดับโลกให้เกิดขึ้นในประเทศไทย

4. To create a good image of Thailand to Thai people and the expat community.

สร้างภาพลักษณ์ที่ดีของคนไทยและประเทศไทยต่อสายตาชาวโลก

5. To create a festival of fun that Thai people can enjoy and be happy as was achieved in the previous year.

สร้างเทศกาลแห่งความสนุกสนาน เพื่อให้ประชาชนคนไทยได้เฉลิมฉลอง อย่างมีความสุขก่อนสิ้นปี

Is it a HD event or is other bikes welcomed as well? I see number 2 quote Harley Davidson riders hence the question...
