Go to a shop that fixes air conditioners for cars and even houses.

There is a pink solution sold in a bottle that is used to clean the evaporator cores in air conditioning systems. The evaporator core is the same concept as a radiator, the solution will fiz up when poured OVER the radiator and remove dust and debris, hose off afterwards.

it shaved off 15-20% of the heat in my case.

THIS REALLY WORKS. THANKS Powerband. i Having a problem with my new bike overheating and tried all the usual suspects, thermosta, rad clean etc, etc. BUT completely forget to check if the rad was clean (it looked ok). well this avo after flushing the rad again went for a ride and it was better but the wrning light still came on.

SO i went and got some 'coil clean' from the local air shop, 100b a litre.

Because we were not sure how powerful it was we didnt leave it on for long the 1st time only a few minutes so had to do it again. This stuff is the DOGS <deleted> FOR CLEANING rads.
