Can you help me to choose a reliable health insurance company (Only Thailand coverage)?
I would avoid Vumi at all costs unless you are desperate for a company that has lost the customer service plot these days. I was contemplating changing from outpatient to inpatient only and once filling out the form for a new quote they reverted me nearly a month before had to the outpatient policy that I was inquiring about. they then when this was brought to the attention by myself and the agent that sold it they were wrong they continued to not change it leading to stress and aggravation making me wonder why I paid for what was good insurance with good customer service in the past. They deny it as being fraud and blame the fact that people make mistakes. I look at is a fraud plain and simple so we agree to disagree. Then in the policy renewal these same people continue to cause chaos by sending me requests for information that they have already pre approved and have and that I do not have on hand. Hopefully the customer service comes back but I would be very careful before taking out a policy with them if you are considering it. -

telephone, phone, telephone set(noun): electronic equipment that converts sound into electrical signals that can be transmitted over distances ........ I have been searching for a smallish smartphone, but it would seem that these days a six-inch plus size is the norm and I don't want a phone that size as I won't be using it for anything other than calls. I use Skype and Messenger on my computer, but that stays at home, so I am searching for a smallish smartphone and the Sony was the equivalent to the iPhone 6 SE that I currently have and I wondered if anybody had any info about it or if they personally had one. I do have an old Nokia phone somewhere, so maybe I should look that out! -

Mostly always foreigners fault...just yesterday saw 2 incidents of foreigners cursing and blinding at Thai drivers for nothing more than going slow while looking for somewhere... entitled pratts -

If you have been overcharged by a private hospital in Thailand you can contact them
It is at the discretion of the private hospital whether or not they charge foreigners more, they are legally entitled to do so. I believe (think) the four sanctioned charging tiers are, Thai nationals, ASEAN citizens, foreigners who are visiting, foreigners who are resident. The further away you are from a tourist area, the less likely you will be charged differently from Thai nationals.
