Zzinged
Just be glad you don't see motorbikes where braking involves the rider putting their foot on the ground to slow the vehicle =D
FlatOut
Hang on, fake Chinese crap ? So what, they've copied the name of a well known manufacturer. Nearly EVERYTHING is made in China nowadays. Get over it. To the OP - if they work then good for you. All that is needed from a brake caliper is the pistons to move when you squeeze the lever. However, I do agree with getting decent brake lines as that would be where the weak link would be. NOT the caliper. Agreed on the bracket being slightly wrong. There's plenty of gap between the disc edge and the centre of the caliper.
db1tau
Till now no success in fixing it. I ordered new parts at that siriracing.com shop but till now nothing happened, I don't think they even sent the order out. It's impossible to get another rotor in chiangmai too. (mine is only 297mm in diameter). I saw other "big" discbrakes on bikes in the city meanwhile and they all look like mine or even worse. I guess that's really the best you can get in thailand.
