Complaint Boxes In Pattaya

Featured Replies

Ms. Puchara Lertviti, Pattaya City Hall’s Complaint Officer, told our Pattaya Times reporter that, "We have situated these bright red complaint boxes in many locations including Soi Chalermprakiet 10, Soi Chaiyapuk, and in front of Pattaya City Hall."

Residents can also report any complaints directly by phoning 038 253 101 or 038 253 111 during business hours or call the Pattaya City 24 hour hotline at 1337.

This is just window dressing.... a facade. The only improvements I have seen in Pattaya over the last several years relate to the control of motorbike helmet violations by local police. Look at the recent boat collision where there weren't enough life preservers.. Plenty of laws, just no meaningfule enforcement.

My first complain is: When are you going to get that mess you call a road (Thappraya Road) completed. It's been over 2 years and it's getting worse!!!!!!!!!!!!! It must be a horror for any shop owners.
