I am in Phuket, and we are opening a Kebab shop in Patong... we are trying to find a reputable and clean supplier of Chicken, Beef and Doner cones...

( ie the meat that sits on the vertical skewer)... we know there are many kebab places selling these...especially around the Arab soi on Sukumvit....

so someone must be wholesaling them in BKK..?!

Please can anyone forward me any details, we will pay a commission, for anyone who gets us a supplier in Bangkok

I know two of the traders along Sukhumvit Road that purchase meat from Klong Toey market and make their own. You're not the only one who is looking for someone to supply them.

Homemade cones is so much more delicious and will double your sale.

you might wanna hire and train up yer own chef. In the ME trained chefs who prepare, grill and serve the food are in high demand , if the job adverts in the local english newspapers are anything to go by...mostly guys from the subcontinent.

in Manama I lived 'round the corner from a busy street that had 9-10 sidewalk shwarma vendors on a 2 block stretch and each one was different!...it was hog heaven as I can live on the stuff...
