Uk Photographer, Just Spent Some Time In Thailand

Featured Replies

Hi, around 2 months ago I visited Thailand, spending time in Bangkok and Ko Phi Phi, had a great time with much traveling around and taking many shots, below are a few shots which I have put together from Thailand so far(I build my shots out of many captures so it takes a while, there are over 300 shots involved isome of these images). As I get more retouched I will keep posting to this here group.

Thanks,

Andrew Brooks Photography

Nice, that is interesting, I haven't ever heard of that. How do you use three hundred shots to make one image? ? ?

:)

Panoramic photos. I have seen some of them on Google Earth. Quite a job to do them, I understand, even if you have some special equipment and software for it. I liked this one:

AndrewBrooks, that's perhaps an idea for you to consider: upload some of your photos to panoramio.com and map them for Google Earth.

It's all build from many captures in Photoshop, using a shots taken with a D200 and a wide'ish zoom lens, nothing to out of the ordinary really. Just lots of post production time and layering, transforming and masking in photoshop, most images take around 3 days to put together.

Glad you like the shot, I have had a look at panoramio.com, looks interesting, I will have a play with uploading to it sometime.

Cheers,

Looking forward to seeing more of these!

Hi Andrew Brooks,

Popped into your web-site just now.

Thank you for sharing your photos with us.

Sawadee :)

Nice photos Andrew, seems a shame to post them at such a low resolution. Any chance of posting them bigger?

Posting large images is not recommended as it makes viewing difficult for members on slow links.

The sizes used by Andrew Brooks are fine, in fact they are links to another web site.

Please contact Andrew by PM if you want see other sizes of image.
