I just found this 3 lady routine.

Impressive...but for some reason, I would have been more excited if it had been Chinese dancers....of which I'm sure there are thousands that could have performed the same routine.

Sorry missed vallies day.

Will someone please tell me or whatever how to embed?

SBK told me last week.....insert the id of your clip, (the v= code after the ....watch?) inbetween [ youtube] and [/youtube ] and with no spaces in the brackets.

I thought there was a tool to do it without having to type it...but I can't find it now.

thus

Thanks for that Pats,

It is not hard just forget all that embed stuff & take the number/letter combo you see

after v= for the you tune you want to show.

In your case it is ....ydyjcniLWNE

So just take that & start with youtube in brackets [] then insert your numbers letters...then close it with /youtube again enclosed in brackets []

You will get this........If you still dont get it then hit reply on my post & you will see how I wrote it to get it to appear.

It will be the last line you see in my quoted post when you hit reply

Good Luck :)

Embedding a YouTube video is simple. Take the example of your above video. All on one line and without any spaces in between, write youtube in square brackets, the text copied from the end of URL after the "=" sign, and /youtube in square brackets. This is what it will look like:

So lets see if I've learnt this

I see your problem:

This video is in a YouTube channel and in this case you do not copy everything after the "=" sign, only up to and exluding the ampersand (&):

P.S. Interesting. Apparently, when uploading a video to YouTube one can specify that the video should not play on the web page where it has been embedded and that the user must click on the link that pops up to watch it on the YouTube site.

It's nice to know that i am not the most stupid person on these forums...

I have had instructions from Switzerland, France, Ireland and even as far as Australia on how to embed.

To no avail.

Must be the computer.

I thought they were wearing flippers on their feet.

Amazing how the hairstyles stay intact.

So lets see if I've learnt this

Didn't work before - does this?

OK the picture came up, but I had to choose a video that is unembeddable, didn't I?

Love this - Pete Tong

soundman, you do surprise me!

Yes, this works. Congratulations! The fact that it needs one more click, on "Watch on YouTube", is not your fault.

Patsycat, you're next.

Oh boy. :)

What? Nothing blew up?

By the way, this is one of about half of the embedded videos that played. For some reason with Firefox they won't load through ThaiVisa. I still like the links because of that.

Are you happy to see me, or is that a python in your pants?
