Anyone knows where I can rent a minivan without a driver?

If you're in Bangkok, try Highway Car Rent (also known as Sathorn Car Rent) on the corner of Sathorn and Rama IV. There is also a branch opposite Suhkumvit 62 but I haven't seen any mini-van displayed there. I rented cars 2-3 times there and never had any problem. Good service, English spoken good enough (it's 100% Thai company I think), and the cheapest prices I have seen in all Bangkok. Vehicles fully insured.

When I look at their site and try to book one, thy simply don't have the van. Or Do they have them?

I PM'd you with a possible source for an answer. I don't think I am allowed to post it here so I just sent the PM.

North wheels will rent you the smaller van without driver but no company rents out the bigger models to farangs.

You may be surprised how little a driver costs. A while back we rented a minibus from a mom and pop place near the Wang Come and he was 100B a day.

A modest tip is expected at the consummation of the hire though.

The problem is that I need the van for a few days to visit the house of my sister in law with almost the complete family. I don't think a driver can do that.
