Does anyoone know if there Is there a place similar to bangkok's pantip plaza in pattaya where you can buy cheap software programs?

Somewhere up on the 5th or 6th floors. Parking is round the back if you are driving. Motorcycles can be jammed in either side! Taxi will drop you off in front.

the best one in my opinion is a owned by a chinese Thai man of about 25 years with trendy black horn rimmed glasses and shoulder length hair

if you have a problem he will exchange for you without quibbling about it

his shop is a big unit on the left side of the building next to a Games software store

That sounds pretty specialized software...have no recommendations but you might try surfing around downloads.com for freeware.

Most commercial software (windows, office etc) can be bought at the IT shop in the top floor. They might not have it on stock but can organize it on short notice.
