I'm not a personal fan of Kha moo, I like my pork fat grilled or fried, not boiled.

I've eaten a lot of beef noodle soup though, in Lao we called it fer. I used to cause surprised looks because I drank every drop of the broth and some times left a bit of the noodles. The balls of minced dead animal parts don't do much for me either.
