On Monday Afternoon, Police Lieutenant Prasit from Banglamung Police Station was called to room number 126/5 in Soi Chayapornwitti off the Siam Country Club Road to investigate an apparent suicide. Police arrived and inspected the body of Khun Sanor aged 45. He had already been cut down from a noose the victim is thought to have used to end his life. Police inspected the body and surrounding area and found no signs of foul play. The victim appears to have left a concise suicide note in Thai Language which is thought to have been written minutes before his death. The note stated that he wanted his truck to be transferred to the name of the owner of the room as he owed him money which he was unable to repay. He also asked his brother to take care of his family. Police were satisfied that the death was indeed a suicide and believe that a financial problem was the motive behind the suicide.
