March 10, 201016 yr I wanted to dance too! But, since it began pouring only moments before we were to leave for a photo shoot, I just savored the power outage and ozone aroma. (Chiang Kien) one of my Thai friends says it's going to rain off and on all day. Do you think so?
March 10, 201016 yr There was a report on Thai television late last night, that rain making equipment was being used in 8 regions of the far north, including Chiang Mai and Chiang Rai. Does anybody have more info ? The report also said the air temperature was low enough in the north, but too high in Isaan.
