Ratchaprasong Residents Are Hold Hostage

Featured Replies

Fist the Red Shirt no Red shirt and Army. It seem it never ends. Due to inaction of the Army the residents of Ratchaprasong are held hostage first by the Red Shirt for almost 2 month and now for past 2.5 days by Police and army moving and surrounding them. The police and Army just waiting for something, and no movement into the protest are. It seems like the strategy is to wait till someone blinks. WHAT is going on in this country? No one in charge and cannot make hard decision

You are free to come and go as you please - no one is holding you hostage. I've walked through that area many times and, whether it was a group of soldiers or red shirts, I'm always greeted by a smile. Be careful after dark.
