galowgala Posted May 26, 2010 Posted May 26, 2010 I had a discussion the other day with a friend and we fancy spending a few days at a casino in Cambodia and we begged to disagree, I thought it perfectly ok that a casino trip could be advertised legally in Thailand as the trip would be in Cambodia, lets say a resort offered a package to there casino in say Cambodia in a local Thai paper. "Is this legal " would be interesting to get the correct legal answer, it was suggested that the casino could be legally advertised as you can watch texasholdem poker on Thai TV anyway
galowgala Posted May 26, 2010 Author Posted May 26, 2010 Legal in Thailand give us a break. the usual foolish comments why bother living here ?? who think they are comedians

PoorSucker Posted May 28, 2010 Posted May 28, 2010 Sorry cant help , but would be interested the same . Also adding the question is it Legal to advertise a website ? Gambling website? Maybe legal to advertise but illegal to access.
DJH77 Posted May 31, 2010 Posted May 31, 2010 In Mukdahan we have Tuk-Tuks running around with advertising for Savan-Vegas Casino which is just over the bridge in Savannakhett. There are also Casino Busses that run from the Mukdahan side of the bridge from a waiting lounge to the Casino and passengers get vouchers etc for use at the Casino, so i presume it is legal here for them to advertise as they have neon signs in a couple of places in town and at the bus station.
